Refund Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns or exchanges.

• Motherboards are eligible for replacement only and must be requested within 30 days of receipt.

• All other items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that ordering by model number rather than the exact part number from the original component may result in receiving an incorrect part. Many laptops and computers have multiple part numbers that correspond to specific configurations and identifying information.

If a return is received and Hydhan determines that the exact part number ordered or a compatible part was shipped, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the item cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Hydhan records serial numbers and/or warranty numbers on all shipped items. If a returned product does not match what was originally shipped or does not contain our recorded information, the item will be returned to the customer.
